New process increases internal Flu Vaccinate rate at Spectrum Healthcare Partners
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), everyone 6 months of age and older should get a flu vaccine every flu season. Finding the right hiking shoe for you
Boots are probably a hikers most critical piece of equipment. The right pair will help you glide down the trail with a smile on your face, while poor-quality boots will have you gritting your teeth with every footfall. When it comes to selecting the shoe for you, forget about looks, numerical sizes, flashy features, or even what your friends recommend--unless their feet are identical to yours. The issues you should consider are comfort, durability, stability, weight, warmth, and water resistance. The most important thing in buying boots is to get a good fit, with a snug fit at the heel and wiggling room for your toes in front.

This includes being unable to go for a walk, or having to lean on the shopping cart while at the grocery store. When it comes to hip replacement procedures, there are multiple ways to approach it but the operation is the same once you get in. They also all have their pros and cons...

Staying healthy through the fall as a football player
It is officially fall and football season across the state of Maine. High school and college teams are back on the gridiron, and for the first time ever I was able to watch my Philadelphia Eagles raise a Super Bowl banner to kick off the NFL season (sorry, Patriots fans).
