Southern Anesthesiology
Spectrum Healthcare Partners Southern Anesthesiology Division has a growing team of 40+ established anesthesiologists who provide coverage to Maine Medical Center (MMC) in Portland, Maine. MMC, a 700-bed academic tertiary care hospital and the only level 1 trauma center in Maine, is also a teaching affiliate of Tufts University. MMC has active pediatric surgical subspecialties, a large cardiac and heart failure program, high-risk obstetrics, and growing residency and fellowship programs.

- Average shareholder compensation of $550,000
- 2-year shareholder track position – 1 year to shareholder pay
- Opportunity for additional time-based incentive compensation
- 8 weeks PTO plus 2 weeks paid sick leave
