Please be aware that patient records are maintained by the hospital or facility where care was provided. If you are seeking records related to orthopaedics, anesthesiology, radiology, pathology, or radiation oncology services, please contact the specific location where you received treatment so they may assist you with your request.
Billing Records
Spectrum Healthcare Partners utilizes an independent billing company, MBMS, to generate and manage patient billing for services. Requests for billing records must include a signed patient release form and be sent via fax to 302-261-8368. MBMS will process your request and provide the records in accordance with your authorization.
