OrthoAccess: Convenient, walk-in care for sports or other acute injuries

If you twist your knee hiking, or pull a muscle returning a serve, you now have an alternative to the ER for immediate orthopaedic attention.

Spectrum’s OrthoAccess provides immediate assessment and treatment of sprains, strains, minor fractures, and other sports and activity-related injuries at our walk-in clinic in Portland.

No appointment is needed, you’ll have a shorter wait than at the ER, and it costs less. Plus, you’ll be seen by a Spectrum orthopaedic specialist right away.
