Harry Knox, ATC

Harry Knox is a an athletic trainer. His personal mission is to help people of all ages and backgrounds achieve high levels of fitness and performance so they can have success in sports and life. Harry has been with OA since 2014.

“I was a football player in high school and enjoyed the sport. Today, I continue to be an avid outdoorsman. I no longer compete in athletics, but I love training individual and team athletes. I am motivated for self-improvement, and I strive every day to redefine my limits. People know I’m a gym addict, and I hope my enthusiasm rubs off on others. My personal mission is to help people of all ages and backgrounds achieve high levels of fitness and performance so they can have success in sports and life.”
