Chris Muth, CSCS

Chris Muth is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He graduated with a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Maine. While at USM he helped with FMS screening and programming for various teams, such as; men’s hockey, women’s soccer, baseball, and women’s volleyball. He wrestled for six years, which gave him an understanding of the importance of injury prevention through training. He has over 600 hours of interning experience at the OA Performance Center, and at other organizations that deal with fitness and health development.

I have a love for athletics and nothing gets me more excited than to help others reach their full potential. Whether it be a novice or elite athlete, to someone who is looking to improve their quality of life; I am always looking forward to the challenge.”
