The information provided below is intended to inform you of changes at the Spectrum Orthopaedics practice sites in Auburn and Rumford, formerly known as Central Maine Orthopaedics (“CMO”).

Please know that you will continue to receive the high-quality care from the physicians and staff you know at these locations. They will, however, be delivering that care as employees of Central Maine Healthcare (CMH) starting March 1, 2021. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS ON OR AFTER MARCH 1, 2021
If you have an appointment at our Auburn or Rumford practice on or after March 1, 2021, you will need to complete a medical records transfer request prior to your visit. Your medical records will not automatically transfer in the transition. It is very important that you complete the request form so that your provider can continue to have access to your medical records after March 1. If you do not complete the form in advance of your visit, it could result in delays on the day of your appointment or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please click the link below to complete the form online.
